We have really enjoyed our Yogi Bear Jellystone stays. The first one was not the best but they have continued to get better and better. This one was the best one yet. They had an awesome pool (Resort style). It had a large shallow area for the younger kids to play, a nice big water slide, an inflatable obstacle course, a diving board, etc. They had a snack shack and had the best ice cream, sno-cones, pizza, etc. Their putt-putt was a real putt-putt course (not just 2-3 lousy holes). Some other activities include: gem mining, sand volleyball, tetherball, Gaga ball, a nice playground, basketball, a large round tube the kids can run in (human hamster wheel 😂), a cute “train” they drove the kids around in, etc. They had activities mainly scheduled for the weekend but was scheduled for the whole day. This is nice because a lot of them do a couple activities scattered throughout the day but here they really stayed busy. Unfortunately we only got one day of activities because we had bad weather from Hurricane Laura.
One thing to note, maybe due to the time of year, they have a bee problem. Honeybees and yellow jackets. They swarmed us at our site any time we cooked out or tried to eat outside. They were all over me at the pool while laying out and were all around the food building and trash cans. Not sure if there’s anything they can do about it but it was a huge nuisance.
The sites were nice. Not too small and not the roomiest either. Gravel pads, full hookups, fire pit and picnic table, no cable. The laundry room had brand new washers but the dryers were dated and smelled. The price was the nicest I’ve seen, $1.50 wash & $1.00 to dry 👍🏻
One thing I did not like was they allow the locals to come in for the day and use the amenities and even come in for ice cream. Of course they don’t care because they charge them but having people coming in, walking around and going I’m not personally comfortable with.
Overall this is a unique campground and they went the extra mile. The extra amenities are nice to have.
Two places I recommend visiting while here are the Pro Hall of Fame for any football fan and The Farm at Walnut Creek.

We were so excited to go visit the Pro Hall of Fame while here
