There was absolutely NOTHING to do here except drive through the Badlands. The closest real grocery store was 71 miles away. There was no cell service at all but we did get crappy WiFi.

One of Eli’s friends from home was following behind us along our trip from Utah so they ended up coming out one day and hanging out for a while. It was really nice. The kids all had fun and we enjoyed having some company.

Best part of camping...sleeping in and taking naps 😂

This was their “grocery store” and it was mostly closed 😬

Claire brought Eli a gift 😊 love it

deciding if I should cash in 🤔

Stole picture from Sheri...sorry I didn’t take any

Aliyah made the dog a bed, pillow, bone and blanket out of playdoh for her dog

Eli’s friend found this dog along their vacation so they have been taking pictures of him wherever they go. They are leaving so they gave it to Aliyah so he could continue the journey. I think his name is Casey.

Aliyah made some friends at this place 🤗 she has become my social butterfly and Eli has become the reserved one.
