So I guess we were given some nice days without any issues. I thought okay maybe we got through them all in the first couple trips. NOPE, wrong!!!

Two days ago our hot water heater stopped working. I realized it when I was in the shower already and it was piercing cold so I pushed through the most painful shower I’ve ever had to take. So, last night we all packed up our shower stuff and went to the bathhouse (my most dreaded place at a campground). To my surprise it was so clean and private. Aliyah got in her shower and I got in mine. What the hell!!!!! My water was freezing cold and NEVER warmed up 😭 When I got out I asked Aliyah how her water was and she said super hot 😡

Yesterday I spent the day cleaning the entire inside of the RV. This morning while we were getting ready to leave I went to the restroom. Not sure if you guys know but to flush an Rv toilet you stand in front of it and you push the pedal on the ground with your foot. So, I did it and holy 💩 the toilet exploded. Everything shot up, just like you see in the movies, ALL OVER MY CLEAN BATHROOM AND ME!!! 😭

Thank goodness I only went #1 (sorry to much info but I know you were wondering 😋). Ugh...

Today we are leaving Estes Park and heading to Glenwood Springs, CO. I’m determined to have my husband get his hot springs experience. Let’s just say a little prayer that our days get easier. We have been enjoying our time and I’m so happy we are doing this with the kids. Even though they are driving me completely insane 85% of the time, the other 15% is nice 😂 They better remember all of this when they are older!!!!!

We see some of the coolest places and things on our drives. I wish I had taken pictures of them to share with you but they just pop up when you least expect it.

The drive today was absolutely unbelievable. It was truly like I was transported into a different world. The hills were so steep Guy thought Ole Betsey was struggling so he thought it would be best for me to drive the car, to take the added stress away from towing (I guess me and the car are the biggest in tow 😂). So anyway, I was seeing the most unbelievable scenery and I was pretty upset that I wasn’t able to take any pictures of it. I talked to myself a bit and had to say “just enjoy this moment for yourself” and Guy and I kept calling each other in just awe of what we were seeing. The roads were so steep they had “Runaway Truck Ramps” on the interstate in case any tractor trailers lose their brakes they drive up this massive hill to stop them.

70 west to 36 from Boulder to Estes Park was beautiful and

70 west from Boulder to Glenwood Springs was absolutely unbelievable.

We finally arrived safe and sound with our broken water heater this evening and everything is great. We got to sit around the campfire tonight and see the amazing stars. On this side of our world even the stars are prettier ✨ . Tomorrow we are going white water rafting, ANOTHER THING ON MY BUCKET LIST. 🤗

That’s my scenery pictures from today. The most beautiful places were one lane and I couldn’t take any pictures. So you will just have to go and see it for yourselves.

This is our neighbors beast. This is a mansion in the RV world 🥰
