Driving through the Great Smokey Mountains National Park
We lucked out on our drive from Georgia to Tennessee and when I put the address in my GPS it sent us through the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. It was such a beautiful drive. I tried to take pictures but my camera on my phone couldn’t truly capture how beautiful it was. It was a huge bonus, that’s for sure! 🥰 The leaves are just starting change colors so I can only imagine how beautiful it will be in another month. Also, the natural ivy growing through the trees was amazing to see. We also were able to see some wild elk grazing the pastures. These are the things that make me happy these days 😂
We also drove through a cute little town called Cherokee, NC and we are marking it down to go back and visit one day. Has anyone been there? Is it worth a trip?
